Another great day on the road! Drove from Pasco to Spokane for lunch. The clouds in the sky were so beautiful as was the river. Ate at a great artesian pizza place in Spokane (The Flying Goat) then headed to Idaho. Checked into the same motel I stayed at last year. Found out the cheerful, young owner died unexpectedly from colon cancer earlier this year. It was a sobering reminder of how lucky I am to be alive after my own recent cancer scare. Had a wonderful steak dinner at Two Tones Cafe and simply couldn’t resist eating an entire slice of cheesecake (sorry Mike Webb). 😀 Sat around a campfire talking with some other bikers and trading tips. Heading to glacier park tomorrow.
