I’m opening up my home this Sunday from 1:30-4:30pm for an author meet and greet and book signing at 19540 Hidden Springs Road in West Linn Oregon. Come share a cup of tea and some homemade banana bread with me and get the inside scoop on great routes, restaurants, and sights in the lower 48 states. Find out what the roads up through Canada and Alaska up to the Arctic Ocean are really like and hear harrowing tales of battling winds in Iceland. Ask questions about my travels through 22 different European countries. While you’re at it, check out copies of my book, “Two-Wheeled Wind Therapy,” recounting the life changing solo summer adventure that helped me learn to gain confidence, hope, and joy after surviving cancer, a divorce, and teaching through the pandemic. Since then, Kathleen has traveled over 100,000 miles solo through much of North America including to all 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Prudhoe Bay, and Newfoundland. This summer Kathleen is continuing the adventure in Iceland, Norway, and Europe. She will inspire you to “Live at Full Throttle” as she shares humorous stories of her trials, tribulations, and triumphs.

Come on down to Timber Town Harley in Salem for Ladies Night this Saturday. Meet local female riders, learn how to pick up your bike, and enjoy complimentary martinis. I will be sharing an inspirational message about positive life lessons I have learned on the road. I will also be signing books for those who are interested.

During the Sunday Service I will be sharing one of my most personal messages yet about the positive life lessons God has taught me during my solo cross country motorcycle rides. Two and a half years ago after battling throat cancer and going through a second divorce, I thought I had made too many mistakes to ever be used by God again. Full of despair and hitting rock bottom I was tempted to give up. Instead, I decided to fully surrender my life to God, face my fears, and travel across the country alone to see my son in Washington DC and celebrate being alive. I came back from that trip full of more confidence, joy, and hope than she ever thought possible. Since then, I have learned to see myself as a person of strength and value once again, taking on one motorcycle adventure after another and spreading my message of encouragement to others.

What a fun event! Paradise is treating us ladies to a night of music, food, beverages, and giveaways. Come on by to meet and mingle with other female riders. I will be sharing about the positive impact motorcycling has had on my life as well as the challenging and empowering trip I took to the Arctic Ocean this summer. I hope to see you there!

What an exciting event! I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone up in Anchorage. House of Harley will be hosting a meet and greet at the dealership complete with homemade chili. Apple State Harley Davidson sounds like the perfect place to be this Spring Break. They’ve got a great HOG group and supportive ownership. Maine here I come! I am so excited that Central Maine Harley Davidson has offered to host a book signing for me on Saturday July 17 from 10:30 am-4pm. I’d love to meet you, hear your motorcycle stories, and share about my life-changing motorcycle adventure. I am so excited to announce my first book signing! Join me and the Eugene Litas at Willamette Valley Harley Davidson on Saturday June 19 for a day of fun in the sun. I will have books and samples of my t-shirts and mugs. When you pick up a book in person I can customize a note for you in the front and there is no shipping. We will have coffee and snacks by “Most Wanted Espresso” from 11am to 1pm then leave at 1:15 to take backroads to the Creswell Bakery for dessert. From there I will lead an 80 mile loop on backroads west from Creswell and then north and east around Fern Ridge Lake. The ride is scenic and fun but also safe for all levels of riders. All bikes and bikers welcome!
